The bill (Reg. No. 8396) formalizes the concept ‘an industrial park´ as a form of attracting investments into the development and reclamation of land plots for industrial and other economic activity. The bill also determines the legal status of the government agencies, local self-government bodies, and business entities as the initiators of industrial parks on the lands in state, municipal, and private ownership; entrenches the legal status of the anchor company and transactors in the territory of the industrial park, and regulates the relations between the initiators, the anchor company, and the participants of the industrial park.
